Materials & finishes
Most tray failures are finish failures, not steel failures. Below are the finishes from our catalog with the coating weights we actually produce — tell us where the tray will run and we will confirm the choice in writing on your quotation.

Zinc coating 40 / 80 / 275 g/m²
Indoor and dry environments; the economical standard for building services and light industrial runs.

Zinc layer 45 / 65 / 85 µm
Outdoor, coastal and humid sites. The tray is galvanized after fabrication, so cut edges and welds are coated too.

Zinc layer typically 8–25 µm
Clean indoor duties where a smooth, bright surface matters more than heavy corrosion duty.

Colour customisable
Colour-matched installations and an extra barrier layer over galvanized steel for architectural or branded projects.

Grades 201, 304, 316
Food, chemical, wastewater and marine environments. 316 for the most aggressive chloride exposure.

6061-T6 / 6063-T5
Lightweight runs and corrosion-resistant duties; board and extruded profiles available per catalog.
