Step 1
Punching & Roll Forming
Coils are punched and roll-formed on our own automatic lines — profiles stay consistent across a whole project.
Step 2
Bending & Welding
Fittings are folded and welded in-house, so bends and tees match the straights in size and finish.
Step 3
Surface Treatment
Pre-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, powder coated or stainless — the finish is applied and checked before packing.
Step 4
Inspection, Packing & Dispatch
Sizes and finishes are checked piece by piece, then bundled, wrapped and palletised for export.
